warranty covers your newly purchased puppy only: for companion not for resale, we are not responsible for any associated charges
such as veterinary fees etc. To qualify for this warranty you must meet the following terms:
General Terms and Conditions
If
you wish to make a claim, you must bring this warranty with you.
We do not guarantee you will be able to show or breed
your animal pigment of skin, size, color.
We guarantee puppies to be healthy at time of purchase to the best of my knowledge
at the time of sale.
Customer needs to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pick up. .
If
any life threatening health problems are found at the time of exam, puppy needs to be returned immediately with a written
statement from your vet. Pup will be exchanged for another pup at the time or when one is available. Exchange must be done
with in 3 month not unless other arrangements are made for the same sex also. There will be no cash refund for no reason.
All
medications and vaccines stated on the pets medical record are given by me, with the exception of a rabies vaccine. We are
not responsible should an overload occur due to the vet doubting our records, which can make the puppy sick.
We guarantee
against any serious genetic defects: i.e. heart, lungs, kidneys till 1 year of age. NO WARRANTY ON HYPOGLACEMIA! OR OPEN FONTANELLES,
because this is a normal characteristic you may or may not encounter in the small breeds. I do not warrant
against cornona virus and parvo virus also coccidia, giardia, kennel cough. which is easily treated, and is common in pups
that are shipped/traveled and usually caused by bacteria kennel cough is self-limiting and is like the common cold. It must
run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. I do not cover what is considered
normal or commom traits in puppies such as cherry eye, gastermitis, loose hips, loose knees elongated soft palate. Or any
other pup ailments such as worms, any viral bacterial diseases of disorders brought on parasitesl Fleas can be picked up in
travel, along with other certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, examples are allergies, thyroid dysfunction,
demodectic mange, and all other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
If your puppy should die
of any genetic problems, an autopsy from a state veterinary lab is required for replacement of the puppy. The buyer is responsible
for transpotation cost to and from the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.
No cash refund will be made. Pup must
be picked up when weaned at 8wks to 9wks depending on when the pup is eating good. If the pup is not picked up at this time
there will be a fee of $50.00 added to the price of the pup for the extra care. The pup will only be held for two week and
then it will be put up for sale again.
Deposits on animals are non refundable.
You must return any and all, registrations,
or application, puppy care package etc. to us. You must sign any and all papers necessary to transfer ownership back to us.
If the buyer decides not to keep the puppy for any reason, we ask you the buyer to give the seller first option to have this
puppy back. We will try every means possible to find this puppy a new home.
There will be no returns due to incompatibility,
allergies, or landlord disputes. Sorry NO EXCEPTIONS!
Although we try to predict grown size and color, we do not guarantee
either.
We are in good standings with both AKC & APRI & CKC but cannot guarantee the ability to register puppies
for reasons beyond our control. Puppies are AKC or CKC Reg. You are responsible for sending in your reg. paper. They must
be sent in with in 30 day of you receiving them I will not replace papers after 30 days. If you decide to sell the puppy or
adult that you buy from me I have first choice to buy them back. I also want to know who you are selling them to if I decide
not to buy them back. THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT IS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SELLER AND BUYER OF THE ANIMAL (AS SIGNED BELOW)
CONCERNING THE HEALTH AND THE CONDITION OR LOSS OF THE ANIMAL PURCHASED TODAY AND THE CONTRACT IS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF
THE STATE OF OHIO, THE THE COUNTY OF MUSKINGUM. IT IS AGREED THAT THE PLACE OF VENUE SHALL BE MUSKINGUM COUNTY OHIO.
